<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>Shreyas Iyer Catch:</strong> श्रेयस अय्यर ने न्यूज़ीलैंड के खिलाफ धर्मशाला में खेले जा रहे मुकाबले में एक शानदार कैच पकड़ने के बाद सीधा मेडल की मांग कर दी. इससे पहले जडेजा ने बांग्लादेश के खिलाफ मुकाबले में ऐसा किया था. मैच में भारत ने टॉस जीतकर पहले गेंदबाज़ी करने का फैसला किया और पारी के चौथे ओवर में मोहम्मद सिराज ने कैच के ज़रिए टीम को पहली सफलता दिलाई. कीवी ओपनर डेवोन कॉन्वे का कैच श्रेयस अय्यर ने लपका. कॉन्वे 9 गेंदों में बिना खाता खोले पवेलियन लौटे. </p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>अय्यर की ओर से अद्भुत कैच पकड़ा गया. उन्होंने इस को लेने के तुरंत बाद ही फील्डिंग कोच से इशारा कर मेडल की मांग कर दी. दरअसल, विश्व कप में हर मुकाबले के बाद भारतीय फील्डिंग कोच की ओर से सबसे अच्छा कैच पकड़ने वाले खिलाडी़ को मेडल दिया जा रहा है. इसी के चलते अय्यर ने कैच लपकने के फौरन बाद मेडल की डिमांड की. अय्यर के मेडल वाले इशारे की वीडियो आईसीसी की ओर से शेयर किया गया. </p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>वीडियो में सबसे पहले भारतीय फील्डिंग कोच टी दिलीप दिखाई दिए. इसके बाद जडेजा के कैच का रिप्ले दिखाया गया, जो उन्होंने बांग्लादेश के खिलाफ मुकाबले में लिया था. इसी कैच के बाद जडेजा ने मेडल की मांग का इशारा किया था. इसके बाद अय्यर का कैच दिखाया गया, जो उन्होंने आज ही के मुकाबले में डेवोन कॉन्वे का लिया. </p>
